Susie joined Simplicity Group Holdings in September 2023. She has been a recognized leader in the life insurance brokerage industry for over 30 years. In her role at Simplicity, Susie brings a wealth of knowledge in business and estate planning, and helping clients find solid insurance-based solutions. She is a LILI Graduate, past board member of NAIFA Greater New Orleans, the New Orleans Estate Planning Council, and New Orleans TOP 20. She served on John Hancock’s Advisory Council 2021 – 2024. Susie holds a Series 6 and 63 securities license, life and health license, and a life settlement license. She resides in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Denise has over 30 years of experience in advanced life insurance case design. She works closely with all of our life carriers to make sure that she is bringing our producers the latest and most competitive products. Her strong work ethic, attention to detail and vast wealth of knowledge makes her a huge resource to our producers. Denise loves traveling, spending time with her family, and trips to the Gulf Coast.

Cindy has re-joined Simplicity New Orleans as one of our new business case managers. She has over 25 years of experience in the life insurance industry, covering all aspects of the sale.   Cindy excels working directly with advisors, assisting them with case development, illustrations, point of sale, marketing and underwriting.  She strives to make your experience as efficient and transparent as possible, with a personable approach to a very meticulous business. Cindy is most proud of her two very special grandchildren, and sees them as often as possible.

Ashley joined Simplicity New Orleans in 2007. She handles new business cases that stream in daily.  She works tirelessly pushing underwriters to review files, match requirements, pay cases, and makes sure that your client is getting the best offer.  If your client comes back with a rating, she goes back to the case design team to see if there is a better offer out there for your client. Our company motto is to find the best solution for your client, and she lives it every day.

Laura joined Simplicity New Orleans in August 2021 and has insurance experience from having worked at Northwestern Mutual starting in 2003 in the investment department.  She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University (SLU).  After taking time away from work to raise her children, she is now back in the life insurance industry and handles marketing, operations, and commissions for Simplicity New Orleans.

Denise Schindler joined Simplicity New Orleans in March 2015 and is our customer service and inforce support specialist. Her attention to detail makes her a true asset in handling your client’s ownership, beneficiary changes and policy review support. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and teaching dance classes.

Kim joined the Simplicity New Orleans team in April 2022 and is responsible for digital content and marketing.  She has over 20 years of experience in financial services marketing and digital customer service experience/usability.  When away from the office Kim enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two children.
